Vote yes for Marijuana

Several states including New York are engaged in a heated debate over amending state laws to allow for distribution of marijuana for medicinal purposes. Californians and Nevadans have pressed for outright decriminalization, regulation and even have some government officials singing the to the tune of the potential revenues such actions could legitimately create. The movement is gathering momentum. If we can get enough people to the polls to vote yes for marijuana in California and Nevada together we can achieve something that has been waiting for 80 years, something that the free love generation never could, something that might signal a shift in the entire American mindset. Let freedom ring. Get active and get to the polls this November. tZeduk Productions

Marijauna a Deadly Addiction: part 2

...Wow that really was "in depth". I think i might check myself in today. OOPS no insurance! guess i will have to just use the old fashioned cure of 3 straight days of b vitamins, chalky detox beverages, exercise and water and save myself about $10,000... but then what will i do about the debilitating anxiety and panic attacks that i have been using it to treat with great positive effects for 10 years... oh well, Marijuana addiction must be treated like the disease it is! Painful panic episodes are just my "continuous excuse" for the "frequent supply of chemicals" I need to get around my "bodies defense mechanisms". I have clearly felt the social consequences of the use of a medicinal herb in moderation due to the ignorant ad hominem slander of a dumbfounded populace and the immoral laws that dictate what is allowed to be true even if utterly false. these are all just symptoms of the "vicious cycle of marijuana addiction". I should call today and receive my FREE CONSULTATION!! Or maybe i will just take up heroin, to help me get off the crack that i took because of the gateway that marijuana created, i mean why not when these illicit substances are only "perceived as harder", the wording obviously implies that marijuana is just as bad or possibly worse. Spencer Recovery Centers must be right because its a legitimate business with 10 years of profits to show for it and an entire team of doctors to give it credibility. I am just one of millions of lowly fools with a terrible disease. tZeduk Productions

Ancient Medicinal Marijuana - Episode 2: Toke Like an Egyptian

Upon examination of the mummified corpse of Ramses II there was a brief shutter that shot through the room of scientists. It seemed for a moment that the Pharaoh might have died from Acute Endemial Dandruff. It was logical. This was long before there was medicinal Head & Shoulders. Then upon closer inspection it was found to be cannabis pollen. In fact, it was everywhere in the tomb. A simple explanation for this might be the copious fields of homegrown that where everywhere in ancient Egypt. An ancient text, the Ebers Papyrus, scribbled out around 1500 BC, describes cannabis as a "liberator of sin...if taken over a long term, it makes one communicate with spirits and lightens one's body." This pollen was found in highly intoxicating quantities in ancient honey from the period. Perhaps the Pharaohs enjoyed their Marijuana on their Sunday morning scones like the early Mormon Pioneers. Ancient Medicinal Marijuana - The MMJ USA Series:Episode 1

Tangible evidence that Medicinal Marijuana was in use in the middle east over 1600 years ago was discovered in 1993 when Israeli scientist scraped some residue from the skeletal remains of an ancient 14 yr old girl who had died in childbirth. It seems her nurses gave her this ancient remedy to aid with the contractions as well as mitigate the pain. The finger pointers (i am sure) have already extended their digits to accuse the herb of possibly contributing to the death of the underage labor laden maiden, or at least suggest that is was a antiquated idiots attempt at medicine. Clearly the patient is dead. Well, the truth in the matter is the poor girl died from Narrow Tunnel Syndrome (or NTS) the primary symptom being a pelvis too small to deliver a child naturally. So perhaps it might be more appropriate to point the finger at the Republicans of Antiquity for refusing to allow the distribution of sheep's intestine at the local Bedouin high school or the philandering ways of that one rich kid who drove a really cool camel with racing stripes and 3 humps. My point is that way back in the days before hormone laced Vitamin D milk a 14 yr female often didn't yet have those child baring hips and c-sections in the middle of the desert more often then not go awry. Now a confession: The National Police Headquarters in Israel and the Israel Antiquities Authority forensic division confessed knowledge of marijuana as a medicine in use prior to 1,600 B.C. in Egyptian, Assyrian, Greek and Roman records to include the medicinal journals of the day. My confession: there is no such thing as Narrow Tunnel Syndrome (or NTS). I took my journalistic liberties to MAKE IT UP!! So, please don't try to Google it. Here is to Freedom of Speech and the integrity of journalism. ...at least I confess my BS. see the SOURCE

Jonny Hopps and Mary Jane

Jonny Hopps and Mary Jane YESSSS! Imagine the possibilities. Jonny Hopps goes to a family reunion, somewhere in the deep south, where he reunites with a long lost cousin he hasn't seen in years. Mary Jane Puffin, who had been, until this momentous occasion, ostracized for her criminal activities, has flowered into a deliciously refined temptation in a green dress with purple spots. Jonny finds her fragrance irresistible and sequestered behind a tree stump they mount a glorious golden copulation that had been so long forbidden, so desperately taboo. While so many frown in fear of the 8 headed offspring that becomes of such desperate indulgences, there are those of us out there that know...sometimes cousin lovin is good, real good!! No this is not an excerpt from some seedy periodicle. This is about the advent of a bold new horizon, a great new future. The product of this unholy union might just change the world like some star child carried to earth upon a comet. Or maybe it will just change the way we watch football. the bastards name: Beerijuana!

Marijuana a Deadly Addiction:part 1

When i was a lad i was told marijuana was not addictive. I was told that no one developed a tolerance to its use over time. I was told, however, that it was a gateway drug. I have never expanded my self medicating adventures any further then a little bit of legal brew. I have come to recognize that if i take a short break the next sweet puff will seem significantly more potent. it seems that they fibbed on 2 of 3 accounts. The good people at Spencer Recovery Centers seem to feel that if there is a dollar to be earned there is an addiction to be had. this article was so chalk full of good unbiased, not even slightly exaggerated claims about the dreaded dangers of addiction i decided to put the entire article right here...
Marijuana Addiction...
Marijuana addiction has clear signs and indicators and this page will discuss this in depth. Marijuana addiction is simply an uncontrollable urge to possess and use the drug. Those with marijuana addiction are not able to stop using the drug even if they wish. Often a person with marijuana addiction will make continuous excuses about why now is not a good time to stop using the drug. Such people are not alone. Marijuana addiction is a disease that affects millions of people every year.
There is a good reason why admission to rehabilitation facilities has doubled for marijuana addiction. The potency of the drug continues to get more powerful and studies show that teens can get a hold of marijuana often easier than alcohol. Even those who seek treatment for drugs that are perceived has "harder" like heroin or cocaine will often acknowledge that marijuana is their primary drug of choice.
Marijuana addiction has the same characteristics as any other addiction to other drugs including alcohol, tobacco or even caffeine. The frequent obsession with the drug, thinking about it all the time, where to get it, when to get it, is there enough, is it good enough, will I have the money for more are frequently asked questions. Another trait of marijuana addiction is the physical craving that comes when the body adapts to the drug and begins to develop a tolerance to it. Anyone who has been smoking marijuana for awhile can tell that they must smoke more now to feel the same effect that just a few hits used to produce. It's not about the quality of the weed, it's the bodies defense mechanism as it readjusts to keep balance with the frequent supply of new chemicals being delivered by the pot.
Consequences of marijuana addiction start to take toll when the user continues to use marijuana even in the event of health or social consequences. Memory and learning problems may be causing problems at work or even result in losing a job because of high absenteeism. Increasing isolation from friends and family often puts heavy strain on relationships with loved ones. There is a vicious cycle to marijuana addiction in which these problems are often used as a rational to smoke even more pot. A trap that many fall into is that the drug that is causing the problem becomes the solution to the problem it caused.
There is help however; Spencer Recovery Centers has been helping people get off of marijuana for over 10 years. The specialized combination of medical treatment and behavioral therapy has proven to be very effective for marijuana rehab. If you or a loved one needs to stop smoking marijuana we hope that you will call us today.
Marijuana addiction must be treated like the disease it is. Let the professionals at Spencer Recovery Centers show you how you can take back your life from the grips of marijuana addiction. New Kinds of Marijuana Crimes

New Kinds of Marijuana Crimes tZeduk Productions

New Kinds of Marijuana Crimes

New Kinds of Marijuana Crimes. Are you thinking of opening a medical marijuana dispensary? Perhaps you should reconsider. It is true that these depots of legal distribution can be cash cows (like any pharmacy) but there is a growing trend towards dispensary break ins. Criminals have discovered how easy it can be to pull a $40,000+ job in under 3 minutes. There are so many poorly secured dispensaries popping up all over California that they have become an easy target for thieves. Even well secured locations often find that the break-ins are deterred to late. A forced entry can cause thousands of dollars in damage even if the cash and the crop is left behind. More from an article in the Durango Herald tZeduk Productions

Legalize It...California moves for decriminalization of Marijuana

California, the well spring of the medicinal marijuana movement is trying to take things a step further. "This is a watershed moment in the decades-long struggle to end marijuana prohibition in this country," said Stephen Gutwillig, California director of the Drug Policy Alliance, which has spearheaded the ballot initiative. Certain polls suggest 56% of the California vote would favor such an action. the legalization might represent more than just an opportunity to score some good buds freely at the local convenience store. The regulation and taxation of the drug could represent a tangible boost to the lagging California economy... read more tZeduk Productions

Marijuana is for Kids...legal weed in public schools

With the continuing expansion of the movement to legalize weed legal marijuana is now showing up at school. Many support medicinal marijuana but the controversy stemming from this trend is off-putting. The center of the controversy lies not in those kids with extreme anxiety or mild autism that can benefit from the proper medicinal use of the herbal remedy but those students who have by such means found a way to mitigate culpability for the distribution of the drug for recreational purposes. the Christian Right argues that Medical Marijuana simply provides another way for kids to get their hands on a dangerous substance comparing it to Ritalin or Oxycontin, two highly addictive prescription drugs that have found their way to a massive youth market. On the other side of the issue are those few and wise that will confess that their druthers would have their children smoking a little pot verses the latter options any day. Anyone who compares marijuana to the dangers of drugs like Ritalin or Oxycontin needs little "reason" to promulgate fear and controversy. More here. tZeduk Productions

Montana Law Enforcement Protests Medicinal Marijuana

Montana Law Enforcement Protests Medicinal MarijuanaMedical Marijuana Dispensaries Montana | Montana Law Enforcers Don't like Legal Marijuana? That's a huge surprise right? This article from a local newspaper in Montana, speaks about local law enforcement finding it difficult to distinguish legal marijuana users and illegal marijuana users. If Montana's law enforcers were capable of progressive thought, they might realize that neither the legal or the illegal users cause much trouble. (SPICE Simulator) No more trouble than most peaceful demographics. Prescribing marijuana is a loophole, not for everyone, some card carrying marijuana users legitimately benefit from the weed. But I would guess that for the most part, most Americans who have prescriptions for marijuana use, don't actually need it. It's a ridiculous loophole, but a necessary step in the fight against the immoral laws against the use of marijuana and all other "drugs". The loopholes remind me of the old and backward drinking laws of Utah. I heard that has been fixed somewhat though since he Olympics. I don't want to rant here, and everyone has their own personal story, but American doctors were giving my Grandmother Fen Phen, a weight loss drug - which was perfectly legal. That drug had her passing out on staircases... Ive never passed out on a staircase from smoking marijuana.... Well maybe I have, but in a nice sleepy way, not a drop to your knees and fall down the rest of the staircase kind of way.
