Judge Chalfant's interpretations of the medicinal marijuana laws imply that collectives imperatively COULD NOT sell marijuana. It seems these implications have slipped passed the rest of the state. "Legalize it and tax it," they cry. If the initiative passes by majority vote (fingers crossed) this could give private California residents a corner on an industry that is actually seeing growth derivatives, WHOAH! Ellen Komp of NORML is quoted as saying, "It may be a signal they could broaden that policy. We're testing the water to see how this might go.
