Vermont Legislature Smokes a Fat Marijuana Bill
Vermont Legislature Smokes Marijuana Bill. President Pro Tempore Peter Shumlin stated, "It became clear to us that the other body wasn't interested in taking it up this year, so we ordered it to lie". Vermont currently allows Medicinal marijuana use and private cultivation for patients with painful terminal illnesses. However, it is tough to picture an old woman with arthritis dieing slowly from brain cancer tending to a robust crop of Death Star cannabis. The bill intended to establish as many as 5 distributions centers. It got rolled up and smoked before it was even brought to a vote on the floor. Why? no time and no support from the House of Reps. BOOOOOOO!!!
