Oregon Needs Our Help Cultivating Cannabis. Oregon is seeking expanded liberties for the private cultivation of cannabis. The Oregon Cannabis Tax Act will comprehensively reform cannabis and hemp laws by regulating and taxing adult commercial use while promoting hemp cultivation. We need to collect 125,000 signatures by July 2, 2010 to secure a spot on the November ballot.We would love everybody to get involved in the legalization movement.
