New Jersey Senator Nicholas Scutari, introduced legislation today calling for a three-month delay in getting medical marijuana started in his state. The bill he is introducing would only delay the process from starting for another 3 months. That means MMJ would begin in NJ by January 2011.
New Jersey's Governor Christie recently proposed that NJ's Hospitals and Rutgers University be the official state growers of marijuana.
