Tehama County, California MMJ Growers - Stand up and Fight! | From Orland Press Register | Hundreds of people are signing up as litigants in a class action lawsuit to be filed against Tehama County for its recently approved medical marijuana cultivation regulations.
Kathy Prather, co-owner of Tehama Herbal Collective, a medical marijuana dispensary in Corning, said the lawsuit is to be filed against the county because of its recent adoption of an ordinance regulating medicinal marijuana cultivation. “We have over 3,600 people in this county (Tehama County, Ca) who hold recommendations for medicinal marijuana,” Kathy Prather said. “This is just the beginning.”
There are lots of issues regarding the legalization of marijuana in many states and that includes some of its' strict rules and ordinances regarding the regulations of marijuana cultivation. These ordinances should be fair and just to the people in order for this kind of event to be prevented. We should also take note that everything should be regulated in order for us to avoid abusive use of this God-given plant.
